For over 10 years, Beverly Hospital has been the only area hospital where world-renowned Children's Hospital Boston doctors practice.  This unique collaboration differentiates Beverly Hospital as the only hospital on the North Shore with Children's Hospital Boston pediatric specialists on site in the Pediatric Inpatient Unit, Children's neonatologists on staff in our Level II Special Care Nursery and in the Emergency Room.  If there is an emergency situation that requires intensive care or surgery, these specialists will streamline your child's transfer to Children's Hospital Boston via ambulance, the transport team, or helicopter.  This additional expertise of Children's Hospital Boston specialists further enhances the pediatric care available to families like yours in our community.

 

Our Emergency Room, with a waiting area for kids, also features nurses specially trained in pediatric emergency care.  We provide expert, specialized care to children in an environment that makes them feel comfortable.
