OFFICE HOURS Monday thru Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

 

OFF-HOURS' COVERAGE

There is on-call coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

 

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

Same day appointments available for sick visits. 

 

REFERRALS

Referrals are handled by the coordinator in the office; option to leave a voicemail. 

 

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Prescription refills are generally available at the end of day of the request. 

 

ONSITE SERVICES

Laboratory, phelbotomy (blood drawn), x-rays taken at Cable Professional Building
