OFFICE HOURS Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Office is closed on Friday. Patient Scheduling: Monday 2 to 5 p.m. and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

 

OFF-HOURS' COVERAGE

There is on-call coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with additional coverage provided by Dr. Amy Esdale and Dr. Leonard Horowitz. 

 

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

Same day appointments available for sick visits.
New patients within 3 weeks. 

 

REFERRALS

Referrals generated by office in conjunction with physician consult. 

 

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Prescriptions are refilled by calling the office or fax from pharmacy -- generally, same day service.
