Medication Review at Beverly Hospital
A free 15-minute review of medications may be scheduled with a
registered pharmacist at Beverly Hospital. Appointments
are scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the last Wednesday of
each month. Participants are asked to bring a
list of all their prescription and over-the-counter medications,
including vitamins, etc. To schedule a free and
confidential appointment, please call Lahey Health
