Adult day health programs are unique and have an exclusive place in the continuum of community-based long term care.   They provide frail elders with supportive daytime environments designed to promote their health and independence. The programs are preventative, with essential coordinators of care on-site, providing a critical source of support to families struggling to care for their loved one.   This panel discussion will provide guests with valuable information resource information.
