OFFICE HOURS Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

 

OFF-HOURS' COVERAGE

On-call physician available at Manchester office for Saturday office hours, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
One of the Family Medicine Associates' locations is always open on Sundays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 

 

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

We accommodate same day appointments.

 

 

REFERRALS

Following primary care evaluation, patient makes appointment and requests referral from coordinator.

 

 

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Office prefers 24-hour notice to complete request.
