Beverly and Addison Gilbert hospitals and Beth Israel Deaconess
Medical Center (BIDMC) have been working together since 2006 to
provide North Shore residents with superior cancer care. On October
13, 2010, the hospitals and BIDMC held our fourth annual, joint
forum entitled, "Conversations on Cancer's Changing Landscape: An
Evening with the Experts". Below are the two presentations given at
the forum that evening discussing an introduction to cancer, and
