The Road to Better Health

The program begins with a comprehensive evaluation by the Risk Reduction Team consisting of:

  • Nursing Assessment
  • Nutrition Assessment
  • Behavioral Health Assessment
  • Diagnostic Evaluation(s)

The results of your overall evaluation then become the basis for your personal risk reduction plan. We offer structured therapeutic exercise sessions, education classes, and both individual and group counseling. The program meets two times per week for up to 6 weeks at the Lifestyle Management Institute in Danvers.

During your therapeutic exercise sessions, we monitor your heart rate, blood pressure, and symptomatic responses. These sessions are designed to improve your flexibility and endurance and promote health and wellness. In addition, we will support you in your efforts to decrease your risk for health-related issues.

The Risk Reduction Team will continually assess and modify your program and is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
