The Center for Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine provides 

• Acute Care Therapy Services: skilled care while patients are hospitalized in Beverly or Addison Gilbert hospitals. 

• Outpatient Therapy Services: physical, occupational, speech and audiology services at three convenient locations: Beverly Hospital, Beverly Hospital at Danvers and Addison Gilbert Hospital.

Northeast HomeCare is Beverly Hospital's Medicare-certified home health agency dedicated to providing outstanding quality, physician-directed home health services to patients on the North Shore. Home health services can play a critical role in your recovery from an illness or injury. Many times, home health services ease the transition home after being discharged from the hospital or a short-term rehabilitation stay. Services include skilled nursing services, rehabilitative therapies, medical social work, home health services and nutritional services. 

Ledgewood Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center
Located on the Beverly Hospital campus, Ledgewood is state-of-the-art 123-bed, Medicare-certified, Joint Commission-accredited, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. In addition to physical, occupational and speech therapy, Ledgewood offers specialized rehabilitation programs in areas such as Cardiology and Pulmonology. 

Seacoast Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Seacoast is a beautiful, modern facility located on the campus of Addison Gilbert Hospital, offering short-term rehabilitation programs, specialized Alzheimer's care, respite care and complete medical and skilled nursing care.
