Ostomy Support Group
The Ostomy Support Group is held at Beverly Hospital in the
large conference room located at the Women's Health and Medical
Arts Building on the hospital's campus, 85 Herrick Street,
Beverly. The program is facilitated by certified ostomy
nurses.
An ostomy refers to the surgically created opening in the body for
the discharge of body waste. The most common specific types of
ostomies are colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy. (www.ostomy.org)
All are welcome to attend the free support group.
