Hospital Card 

Information about your new registration card, the Hospital Card --

You will receive a new registration card either in the mail (if you pre-register for your hospital appointment online or by phone) or at the time of your visit when you register in-person for an appointment at one of our facilities.

Your new card contains your unique medical record number and your name, and can be used to register at all of our hospital and satellite facilities.

Your new card will shorten the amount of time it takes you to register.  It will also often allow you to bypass Central Registration and go directly to the location of your appointment.

The card can also be used at all satellite facilities.
