We are a primary care, internal medicine practice providing comprehensive healthcare services in two convenient locations. No matter which office you prefer, you will have access to Beverly Hospital at Danvers, our state-of-the-art facility, including radiology and imaging services, orthopedics, day surgery, lab services, cardiovascular care and more.   Both offices offer you primary care that is personalized and high quality.  Our physicians have a wide range of clinical interests and understand the importance of getting to know you, your family medical history, and all the factors that can impact your health.  North Shore Primary Care is committed to quality, care and community throughout all the services we provide.

OFFICE HOURS Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon at Beverly Hospital at Danvers. Patients of this practice may make a Saturday appointment to be seen by the provider on call at Beverly Hospital at Danvers. To be scheduled for a Saturday appointment, please call this practice at 978.304.8370.

Prior to your first appointment with us, please print this patient profile and registration, complete it and bring it with you to your next appointment. Please complete the form whenever there is a change to your personal and/or insurance information and bring it with you to your next appointment.

We accept most Massachusetts HMO's and most commercial plans. We do not accept senior HMO plans except Tufts Medicare Preferred.
