Our physical therapists and therapy assistants working with physicians, nurses and case managers provide a team approach to patient care.

The therapists work with each patient to incorporate patient goals into the treatment plan. Treatment may include:

• Training on getting in and out of bed
• Gait training
• Range of motion and strengthening exercises
• Balance training
• Patient and family education
• Discharge planning

Our primary goals are to improve patients' mobility and achieve a safe and appropriate discharge from the hospital. Each patient receives a comprehensive evaluation to determine any functional limitations are a result of their hospitalization.

The outpatient staff is comprised of highly skilled, experienced therapists with a wide range of expertise. We offer specialty programs in:
