The Medical Staff Office provides credentialing services for all credentialed members of the Medical Staff at Northeast Hospital Corporation, which includes Beverly Hospital, Addison Gilbert Hospital, Bayridge Hospital and Lahey Outpatient Center at Danvers.

Electronic Verification for all Medical Staff credentials can be viewed online.
