Spectrum Awarded Grant from Heritage Salem 5
SPECTRUM ADULT DAY HEALTH PROGRAM AWARDED $6,000 FROM
HERITAGE SALEM FIVE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION
The Spectrum Adult Day Health Program in Beverly, Northeast
Senior Health's supportive daytime center for people with
Alzheimer's disease and other memory disorders, has been awarded a
$6,000 grant from the Heritage Salem Five Charitable Foundation.
The funding will benefit Spectrum's activities program, which
provides a variety of fulfilling outings and activities to clients
of Spectrum.
About Northeast Senior Health
Northeast Senior Health (NSH) is a non-profit organization
dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of seniors and their
families on the North Shore and lower Merrimack Valley. NSH
provides a range of coordinated, convenient, and patient-centered
services, including post-acute care, geriatric outpatient
treatment, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities,
community-based programs, and adult day programs for Alzheimer's
patients, and geriatric physician practices.
About Spectrum Adult Day Health Program
Located in Beverly, Mass., Spectrum Adult Day Health Program is
a member of Northeast Senior Health, Northeast Health System's
complete continuum of care for seniors on the North Shore. Spectrum
is the only day program on the North Shore to be certified by the
Alzheimer's Association of Massachusetts. Six days a week at
Spectrum Beverly, a multidisciplinary team of sensitive, caring and
specially trained professionals provides assistance to individuals
with Alzheimer's disease and other memory disorders, in addition to
