Your Patient Portal
If you’re a patient at Beverly Hospital, Addison Gilbert Hospital or BayRidge Hospital, you can easily access your health and medical records. Beginning October 26, 2024, Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) introduced a new patient portal called MyBILH Chart along with a new electronic health record called Epic. This enhanced and secure patient portal brings together health records from all BILH providers and locations, so you can more easily manage every aspect of your care.
With a MyBILH Chart account, you get 24/7 access to your health information. With a MyBILH Chart account you can:
- Message with your doctor’s office and care team
- Review test results
- View your provider’s notes and visit summaries
- Access your health information
- Manage your appointments
- Request prescription refills
- Pay your bill
- Complete check in before your appointment
Register for MyBILH Chart
To create a MyBILH Chart account, you need a MyBILH activation code. You can get your code in one of these ways:
- During an in-person office visit with a primary or specialty care provider
- Printed on your after-visit summary
- Printed on your billing statement
- In person at the Medical Records office
Once you receive an Activation Code, visit MyBILH Chart to register for your online patient portal account.
