Cummings Center Medical Associates

The role of the primary care physician is to coordinate all aspects of your care, including referrals to specialists. To do it well, we take the time to get to know our patients, their individual lifestyles, concerns, medical histories. In this way, we are able to prevent, diagnose and treat illness more effectively.

Our practice has been awarded Level III recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) 2011 Program. The designation recognizes our use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care to support access, communication and patient involvement.
