Trauma Program
Our Level III Trauma Center
Beverly Hospital is designated a Level III Trauma Center by the American College of Surgeons. Our Level III Trauma Center offers 24/7 access to:
- Board-certified Trauma Surgeons
- Emergency Medicine and Critical Care physicians
- Trauma-trained RNs
- Anesthesiologists, Respiratory Therapists and CT Technicians
- Expedited laboratory services
Beverly Hospital has two designated trauma rooms with specialized equipment, as well as a decontamination room.
Patients who are in stable condition after being injured from falls, car crashes and sports-related accidents will also receive care from a Trauma Surgeon if needed, and will benefit from the same experts and services as more critically injured patients.
