Send a Well Wish message to a patient. A hospital stay is always brightened and made little easier when friends and family stay in touch.
Complete the form below to send a Well Wish email to patients at Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester and Beverly Hospital in Beverly. Well Wish emails come into our Volunteer Office and are delivered by our volunteer staff Monday through Friday between 9 a.m and 5 p.m. When the Volunteer Office is closed for a holiday, the well wish will be delivered on the next business day. If a patient has been discharged, the volunteer office will send the message to the patient's home address through the U.S. Mail.
Due to privacy issues, there are those patients who either do not wish to be added to the patient list available to this office or because of the nature of their hospital stay are not on the patient list. For these patients, we will be unable to deliver a Well Wish. We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.
