Billing / Patient Accounts

Billing Questions & Financial Assistance 

We provide billing for Beverly Hospital; Addison Gilbert Hospital; Lahey Outpatient Center, Danvers; and BayRidge Hospital.

You may pay your bill online or submit a question to us using our inquiry form. Whenever you have a question about your bill, please have your patient account number, which is on all patient invoices or your social security number handy when you call. This will allow us to find your file and answer your questions promptly.

If you received your health care services on or before July 31, 2015, please access your bill here.

For care received on or after August 1, 2015, your payment information is available via My Lahey Chart. Go to My Lahey Chart.

Surprise / Balance Billing Protection

When you get emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital you are protected from balance billing (also called surprise billing). In these cases, you shouldn't be charged more than your plan's copayments, coinsurance and/or deductible. You have rights and protections against surprise medical bills.
