Medical Interpreter Services Available 24/7

Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals recognize the rights of non-English speaking or limited-English speaking individuals as well as deaf and hard of hearing individuals to receive competent and timely medical interpreter services at no cost.

On our campuses we provide on-site, over-the-phone, and video interpreting with iPads 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to enhance the care we provide.

Since the onset of the Hospital Safety Score in Spring 2012, the publicly available data showed Beverly Hospital and Addision Gilbert Hospital have consistently exceeded the standards of other medical institutions in terms of patient safety procedures in place, earning them both a Straight A’s distinction.
